Jimmy Shu

Jimmy Shu currently serves as the Lead, Talent Acquisition Partner at eXp Realty since September 2023. With a strong background in talent acquisition spanning several years, Jimmy has held multiple consulting roles at Objective Paradigm, including Sr Consultant, and has worked with various companies such as Conversant Group and Brunswick Group. Previous experience also includes a Talent Acquisition Consultant position at eXp Realty and Kforce Inc, where Jimmy contributed to a team recognized as one of the top staffing firms by Forbes in 2018. Jimmy's career began with independent sales at Southwestern Advantage, combined with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focusing on Logistics Management from The Ohio State University.
