Tyler Hartling

Tyler Hartling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and executive search. Since November 2012, Tyler has served as a Realtor at eXp Realty, showcasing expertise in the real estate market. Prior to this, from January 2019 to April 2024, Tyler held the positions of Director Executive Search and Senior Search Consultant at Magna Search Group, a boutique recruitment firm that provides comprehensive hiring support for organizations across Canada and the US. From January 2005 to May 2012, Tyler was the President and Managing Director of Titan Construction LTD in Kelowna. Tyler is an alumnus of The University of British Columbia.
