William (Bill) Neri has extensive experience in leadership roles within the military and defense industry. William (Bill) most recently worked as a Program Manager at EXPANSIA from April 2022 onwards. Prior to this, Neri held a position as 103d Mission Support Group Commander at the 103d Airlift Wing, where they managed six organizations and drove organizational growth and efficiency. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Director of Staff at CT Air National Guard, where they ensured operational units were provided with adequate guidance and resources. Neri also worked as the 103d Air Control Squadron Commander/Detachment Commander in the United States Air Force and as a Lead Systems Analyst at BAE Systems.
Bill Neri obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Michael's College between 1982 and 1986. In 1999, they attended the US Air Force Weapons School. From 2003, they attended the USAF Squadron Officer School. William (Bill) also attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College in 2006 and the USAF Air War College in 2012. Between 2015 and 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Additionally, they attended the USAF Senior Leaders Mission Generation Course and the USAF EOC Director/On-Scene Commanders Course in 2016. Finally, they completed their high school education at Bishop Hendricken High School in 1982.
