Victor Pabon, PMP, LSSGB, MBA has over 25 years of work experience. Victor began their career in 1992 as a Satellite/Wideband Communications Technician with the United States Air Force. In 2002, they became Quality and Resource Manager, Services Business Group with Nokia. In 2005, they took on the role of Sr. Project Manager Americas - System Integration Services with SeaChange International. In 2010, they became Program Manager/Project Manager - Services Implementation and Delivery with Speedcast Ltd. In 2017, Victor Pabon, PMP, LSSGB, MBA became Program Manager/Project Manager with Network Innovations (NI). Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Director Of Operations with Expedition Communications, LLC.

Victor Pabon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Finance from Long Island University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1991. Victor then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008. In addition to their educational qualifications, Victor Pabon also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in April 2007, a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2017, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, obtained in June 2020.
