Nicole Stram

Nicole Stram has been with Expeditors since February 2000, currently serving as Senior Program Manager in IS-Solutions for the Americas. Stram has held various roles, including responsibilities in IS Product Development focusing on Data Science, Data Insights, and Customer Integration Management, wherein management of EDI and Document Imaging projects was prioritized. Proficient in navigating complex customer integrations with multiple message formats, Stram ensures compliance with diverse business and governmental requirements. Prior to Expeditors, Stram worked at Tower Group as an Air Import Customs Brokerage Analyst, leading the General Motors account. Notably, Stram established the Order Management Product Team at Expeditors, expanding it from 2 to 10 members and successfully implemented the company’s inaugural automotive 'release' order messaging.
