Benjamin Chen

Benjamin Chen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Benjamin is currently working as a Principal Program Manager at Expel since 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Director of Business Strategy at Venductivity since 2016. Benjamin also worked at Capital One as a Senior Manager in IT Operations and Software Development from 2011 to 2016. Benjamin was a Managing Consultant at IBM from 2009 to 2011. Benjamin started their career at America Online, where they held multiple roles including Senior Technical Program Manager, Team Lead/Senior Systems Programmer, and Senior Systems Programmer from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they interned at Google as an Online Sales and Operations Management Intern.

Benjamin Chen obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued dual majors in Computer Science and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies (China) at the University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001. During their undergraduate years, they also studied abroad at Tsinghua University in 1999-2000.
