Charlie Kirby, CISSP, CISA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2010, Charlie worked as an Operations Lead at Accretive Health. In 2011, they joined Deloitte and held various roles such as Consultant, Sr. Consultant, Manager, and eventually Sr. Manager. In 2021, Charlie joined Expel as a Senior Manager - Engagement Management and later transitioned to the role of Director, Customer Success. Charlie's expertise lies in customer success, engagement management, and operations.

Charlie Kirby obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University between 2006 and 2010. In 2014, Charlie also obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)² and the CISA certification from ISACA.
