Kim Bieler

Kim Bieler has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Publications Manager at Communications Development Inc., overseeing a team of designers and web developers and producing high-profile economic reports. In 1997, they joined Greenfield/Belser Ltd. as a Designer, providing website design services and managing web development subcontractors. From 1998 to 2011, they owned and operated Apt Media Inc., a successful design business, where they were responsible for business operations, marketing, client acquisition, and design projects. In 2011, they became a UX Manager at Mandiant, building and managing a UX design team and leading product strategy efforts. They continued as a UX Manager at FireEye, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, where they unified UX design across the organization's product portfolio. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Product Manager - UX at Fonteva, Inc., contributing to new feature development and improving product user experience. Currently, they are the Principal Product Strategist at Expel, leading the product experience to gain a competitive advantage and managing a remote UX team. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved notable accomplishments in design, user experience, and team leadership.

Kim Bieler completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy at the University of Toronto - University College from 1985 to 1989. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
