Andy Faulkner

Andy Faulkner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT management and digital workplace initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Workplace and Head of Global Merger & Acquisition Integrations at Experian since August 2014, Andy provides thought leadership in end user engagement across global IT functions, focusing on enhancing employee experience through innovative digital technologies. In addition, Andy is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at ITOPS Solutions, where responsibilities include aligning IT strategies with business objectives and improving service levels. Prior roles at Dell Services encompassed various leadership positions, including Senior IT Delivery Director and Customer Delivery Executive, where Andy successfully managed multi-million dollar accounts and led global engineering teams. Andy's career began at AllState Insurance as a Network Support Engineer, supporting network connectivity and technical operations. Andy holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
