Norman Long

Norman Long is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as the SVP of Engineering at Experian since June 2022, overseeing a team of over 180 engineers that support a SaaS platform for 173 million subscribers. Previously, Long held senior engineering roles at Shipt from March 2020 to February 2022, where leadership included managing a significant surge in demand during the pandemic and enhancing marketing and consumer software. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Engineering at Macy's, managing extensive application development with a global team, and various technical roles at Avolent, Williams-Sonoma, Retek, and Target, contributing to solution design and software implementation. Long earned a BA in Economics and History from Macalester College.
