Kyle Regan has a diverse work experience. Kyle began their career in 2009 as a Quality Assurance Lead/Trainer at Corinthian Colleges, Inc. In 2012, they moved to Dial America Inc as a Call Center Mentor. In 2016, they became the Director of Admissions and Marketing at The Waters of Johnson City. Two years later, they assumed the role of Administrator and Business Office Manager at the same company. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Experience Care.

Kyle Regan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from East Tennessee State University between 2015 and 2016. In October 2019, they obtained a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator certification from the State of Tennessee.
