Keerthana S has a diverse work experience starting from their internship at Business Line in 2015. Keerthana then interned at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited - Glass Business before joining eHelium as an HR Recruiter in 2016. In 2018, they joined GI Retail Pvt Ltd as an HR Executive, and in 2021, they became a Senior Executive Human Resources at Experience.com. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Experience.com.

Keerthana S completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR and Marketing from the Meenakshi Sundararajan School Of Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in computerscience from Anna Adarsh College For Women from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications in Naukri Maestro Recruiter and Sourcing Master Class in 2023, as well as an Advance diploma in JAVA Programming.
