Patrice Tollenaere

Patrice Tollenaere has a diverse background in technology and engineering leadership roles. Currently, Patrice is the Head of Engineering at ExperienceFlow.AI since 2022. Previously, Patrice worked at ServiceNow as the Director of Application Engineering from 2016 to 2022. In this role, Patrice upgraded the security products technology stack and mentored development teams to enhance the user experience and accelerate customer onboarding. Prior to that, Patrice served as the CTO at Treilla from 2012 to 2022, where they focused on business intelligence consulting and developing prototypes for various industries. Additionally, Patrice held the position of CTO at Teachscape from 2014 to 2015, where they reorganized and stabilized engineering and technical operations. Before that, Patrice worked at Ivanti as the Senior Director of Development and CTO from 2003 to 2012, managing multiple product lines and leading a large team. Patrice also served as the CTO and Vice President of Engineering at McAfee, Inc from 2000 to 2003, where they directed engineering and product management for the Magic product line. Furthermore, Patrice led the planning and implementation of the SAP product suite for McAfee's global operations. Overall, Patrice Tollenaere has a strong track record in technology leadership, with expertise in engineering, product strategy, and software development.

Patrice Tollenaere holds an MS and BS in Computer Science from Université de Namur. They also have experience as a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan, where they conducted post-graduate research on the ISDOS (PSL/PSA) project.
