Abby Jefferson, CTA, currently serves as the Executive Coordinator at Experience Grand Rapids, a position held since February 2019, where responsibilities include facilitating communication among the President, Board of Directors, and community stakeholders. Previous roles include Customer Service Manager at NxGen MDx and Office Manager at Grand Action. Abby also worked in various capacities, such as Guest Services & Special Events at Zehnder's of Frankenmuth, Marketing Coordinator at The Vein and Laser Center, and as a Marketing/HR Coordinator at Air Advantage LLC. Early experience includes serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Birch Run Chamber of Commerce and an intern at Mount Pleasant Community Foundation. Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, and Communications from Central Michigan University.

WHAT ARE WE: Experience Grand Rapids is the destination marketing organization (DMO) for Grand Rapids/Kent County, Michigan. We are the only community resource devoted to marketing the destination by raising visitor awareness of the region’s brand characteristics of craft beer, music, family fun, outdoor recreation, art and culture and food. We care deeply about the impression we make on the people who come here. And we are constantly innovating new and creative ways to make the Grand Rapids experience even better.
