Pam Heidenga

Pam Heidenga has been serving as a CTA Tourists Ambassador at Experience Grand Rapids since August 2012, where responsibilities include welcoming visitors, assisting with travel needs, and introducing them to the amenities of Michigan. Additionally, Pam has worked as an Independent Consultant for Rodan and Fields Dermatologists since September 2009. Pam is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
