Ria Raina

Ria Raina is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and consultant management, currently serving as a Consultant Experience Manager at Experis since April 2022. In this role, Ria collaborates with clients to identify project needs and oversees the onboarding of new consultants. Ria previously held the position of Lead Recruiter and Subject Matter Expert, managing a team of 10 recruiters while ensuring high-quality submission to clients. Ria's recruitment expertise also includes stints as a Technical Recruiter at US Tech Solutions and as a US Recruiter at Infotree Global Solutions, where Ria contributed to recruitment strategies for both IT and non-IT sectors. Ria holds a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Jammu, obtained in November 2018.
