Clark Dixon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Clark started their career as a Program Manager at PREMEDEX, where they oversaw the Chronic Care Management program. Clark then worked at ER Express as a Customer Success Manager and later as the Director of Customer Experience, Operations. At ER Express, they focused on improving the customer experience and implementing automation and specialization. Clark also worked as an Advisor and Product Manager at Travelsist, where they drove the go-to-market strategy and led a team of engineers. Clark joined Experity as the Director of Client Success Operations, where they built the Client Success Operations function from scratch and served as a business advisor. Currently, they are the VP of Revenue Operations at Experity, leading a team responsible for streamlining the full customer journey and aligning various functions around a singular strategy and vision. Additionally, Clark is an Executive Member at Pavilion.
