Jeff Porcaro

Jeff Porcaro started their work experience in 1989 at wordPerfect/Novell/Corel, where they held various roles in support, QA, development, and team lead. In 1998, they joined Altiris as a Software Engineer and eventually became the Director of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Symantec as the Sr. Director of Development and later as the VP of Engineering, Endpoint Management.

In 2011, Porcaro joined Central Logic as the VP of Engineering, a role they held until 2013. Jeff then moved to Adaptive Computing as the VP of Engineering, overseeing product engineering for High Performance Computing software. In 2014, they joined SaltStack as the VP of Engineering, where they directed technology strategy and product engineering.

From 2019 to 2021, Porcaro worked at SolarWinds as a Senior Manager of Engineering. Currently, they are the Sr Director of Engineering at Experlogix, Inc. Since 2010, they have also been running their own business as a Freelance Photographer/Owner at MapleMountainSports.com, focusing on brand development, web traffic growth, and photography services.

Jeff Porcaro attended Orem High from 1982 to 1985. Jeff'sdegree and field of study during this time are unspecified. Jeff later enrolled at Utah Valley University, where they pursued University Studies, although the specific duration of their enrollment is unknown.
