Edwin Thompson

Edwin Thompson has extensive experience in marketing and demand generation roles. Edwin is currently the Head of Growth Marketing at expert.ai since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Demand Gen Solutions for 8 years as a Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing specialist.

From 2018 to 2020, Edwin held multiple roles at XebiaLabs, including Director of Web and Demand Generation, Director of Web Marketing, and Head of Marketing (Interim). At Cengage in 2018, they served as the Interim Director of Marketing Automation.

Earlier in their career, Edwin worked at Progress as the Director of Marketing and at Avention, Inc. as the Director of Demand Generation. Edwin also had experience as the Director of Demand Generation at edynamic and as the Sr. Director of Marketing at SmartBear Software.

Edwin'searliest positions include Director of Demand Generation at The Pedowitz Group and Director of Marketing Programs at Brainshark. Edwin has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead successful marketing campaigns and achieve impressive growth results throughout their career.

Edwin Thompson obtained a Certificates degree in Advanced Webmaster and Webmaster from Merrimack College, where they attended from 1995 to 1997. Edwin also attended The Art Institutes from 1985 to 1987, studying Visual Communications and Advertising Design. In addition to their degrees, Edwin holds certifications in Advanced Webmaster from Merrimack College, Marketo Certified Business Consultant from Marketo, and Silverpop Certified Email Marketing Professional from Silverpop.
