Manobi Ranjan has a diverse work experience in talent sourcing and human resources. Manobi started their career as a Human Resources Intern at INDIA GLYCOLS LTD. in 2018. Manobi then worked as an Associate Sourcing Consultant at TackyMinds from March 2021 to May 2022, where they provided global sourcing support to firms. Currently, they are working as a Talent Sourcer at Expert Executive Recruiters since June 2022, where they are responsible for finding the best talent for clients worldwide.

Manobi Ranjan completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom hons degree in Accounting and Finance from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, in the years 2014-2017. Manobi then pursued their MBA - Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same university, Dehradun, from 2017-2019.
