Richard Ojeleye

Richard Ojeleye, PMP, PSM, currently serves as a Business System Analyst at Tech Mahindra/Scotia since September 2023 and as a Business Analyst at Expertedge Consulting Group (ECG) since January 2023. Richard has extensive experience from First Bank of Nigeria Ltd., where roles included Business Analyst Team Lead in Operational Risk Management, where Richard conducted document and cost-benefit analyses, and as Team Lead for the Branch Transformation Project, focusing on Agile methodologies as a Product Owner. Earlier positions included Branch Operations Manager and Banking Officer, showcasing expertise in operations, client service, and retail banking. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Integrated Science from Obafemi Awolowo University and a BTech Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership from Brighton School of Business and Management.
