Megan Mercer

Megan Mercer is an experienced international design expert with a robust background in energy statistics and climate change initiatives. Currently serving as an International Designated Expert at Expertise France, Megan is involved in the technical assistance project focused on cross-border energy transmission in South Asia. Previously, Megan led Tanzania’s energy statistics/data project and held key roles at the UN Environment Programme, Tetra Tech, and the International Energy Agency, contributing to numerous global energy initiatives and reports. Academic credentials include a Master's in International Security from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
