Bertrand Rothen

Bertrand Rothen has been working as a Freelance Product Consultant for NATIX since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Product Lead & Consultant for Freelance Product Manager from 2019 to 2021. During 2021, they also worked as a Freelance Product Management Consultant for expertlead and as a Freelance Sr. Product Manager for Highsnobiety, responsible for Product Management for Highsnobiety's B2C business (website delivery & e-commerce) as well as the recently released HS App (iOS). Bertrand also worked as a Freelance Sr. Product Manager for THE KADEWE GROUP from 2021 to 2022, building the renowned luxury retailer's Omnichannel business, centered around the online store kadewe.de. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Head of Product for Race Scout GmbH, building an online platform for Team Managers, Drivers, and Petrolheads to manage all their motorsport activities in one place. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Product Owner for XING in 2020, managing and coordinating the launch of Company/Employer Branding Pages on the Entity Pages Platform and shaping, driving, and executing the OKR-based product strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders. Bertrand also worked as a Freelance Product Manager for Hamburg Tourismus GmbH in 2020. In 2019, they were a Featured Speaker for Product School, helping to inspire the next generation of Product Managers to create innovative products and apply best practices in their work.

Bertrand Rothen has a diverse educational background. Bertrand obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing and Business Information Systems from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2010 and 2013. Bertrand then obtained a Bachelor of Recording Arts from SAE Institute Germany between 2007 and 2010. Bertrand also holds two certifications, MB7-849 NAV 2009 Manufacturing from Prometric obtained in July 2013, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance obtained in August 2014. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business IT from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg between 2016 and 2021.
