Darshana Jakhotiya

Darshana Jakhotiya has been working in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry since 2015. Darshana began their career as an Associate Recruiter at iPlace USA, where they gained experience in sourcing and recruiting for different employment types. In 2016, they moved to AMAZON DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED as a Customer Support Associate. In 2017, they took on roles as a Customer Relations Specialist at Tech Mahindra Business Services and a Talent Aquisition Recruiter & Head Hunter at Paddy Dove Consulting Services. Most recently, they have been working as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Technical Recruiter at Expertlead since 2021.

Darshana Jakhotiya began their education in 2012, when they earned a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from Savitribai Phule Pune University, with a focus in Business Law. In 2015, they completed a B1 Deutsch from Max Muller Bhavan, studying German Language. Darshana is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
