Expivia Interaction Marketing Group Inc. is in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Client Services Manager within our rapidly expanding organization.

Job Description:

The Client Services Manager position involves daily interaction with both existing and potential clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Acting as a crucial link between Expivia and our clients, your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through exceptional customer support.

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's key performance indicators (KPIs), encompassing business models, crucial operating processes, and systems.

  • Proactively communicating with internal departments like Production, Human Resources, and IT.

  • Maximizing operational efficiency to exceed client expectations and company goals.

  • Assisting in resolving client issues by proposing effective solutions and ensuring satisfactory resolution.

  • Evaluating products/services to ensure they align with client specifications.

  • Providing daily reports and conducting statistical analysis.

  • Offering recommendations to clients and assisting in the selection of products/services that meet their needs.

  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales division to align work operations with the objectives of the client services unit.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field OR 5 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility is a prerequisite.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
  • Ability to thrive in both individual and team settings.
  • Outgoing personality and confident speaker.

Salary:
$35,000-$45,000, depending on experience and education.
