Jeb Woodard

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director in the Creative Art & Design department at Exploding Kittens, Inc. In this role, they manage a team of illustrators, cartoonists, and designers, leading them to publish award-winning party games. Jeb also liaises with the executive team to ensure their vision is realized.

Before their current role, Jeb worked as the Director of Art Operations at Exploding Kittens, Inc. During their time in this position, they contributed to the management of the art department's operations. Additionally, they previously held the role of Senior Project Manager, where they managed various art department projects from inception to publication. Jeb played a key role in developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring resource availability and allocation. Prior to joining Exploding Kittens, Inc., Jeb had an extensive tenure at DC Comics. Jeb served as the Group Editor for Collected Editions, where they developed the publishing plan, integrated publication sourcing into the enterprise resource planning system, and reorganized the editorial staff. Jeb also held the position of Production Manager, Repurposed Materials, where they built a book production department, redesigned the routing and approval process, and supervised international vendors and freelancers. Jeb also worked as a Production Administrator and Production Coordinator at DC Comics, where they managed book production workflows and improved communications with various departments.

Jeb Woodard obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Communications and Media Management and Business Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Science Fiction Studies from the University of Liverpool, attending from 2003 to 2004. For their undergraduate education, Jeb attended Sarah Lawrence College from 1997 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing & Literature. Prior to their enrollment at Sarah Lawrence College, they also spent a year at Bennington College, although it is unclear whether they obtained any degree from there. Besides their formal education, Jeb Woodard obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
