Ivan Torres-Hernandez

Ivan Torres-Hernandez has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Ivan is currently working as the Brand Learning & Development Lead at Explora Journeys since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Learning & Development Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from April 2018 to July 2022. From June 2014 to June 2017, Ivan worked as a Communication & Development Trainer at Webloyalty. Ivan also has experience as a Service Inflight Instructor at Emirates from April 2008 to December 2013. Before that, they worked as an Operational Training Coordinator at Park Hyatt from June 2006 to March 2008. Ivan started their career as a Training Supervisor at UPS, where they worked from December 2000 to March 2006.

Ivan Torres-Hernandez has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied Industrial Organizational Development and earned a degree in Organizational Leadership. Following this, in 2017, Ivan focused on enhancing their language skills and completed a course in DELF - French Language at !Fage. Additionally, Ivan pursued further language education by taking ESL - English as a Second Language classes at the University of Colorado Denver. Most recently, in 2019, they attended Cornell University and obtained a Diploma of Education in the field of Leading for Creativity and Innovation.
