JoAnna Jacob, MS has worked in various roles since 2010. JoAnna began their career at Independent Health as a Human Resources Assistant in 2010. In 2011, they joined the American Cancer Society as an Executive Director, then moved into roles as Senior Manager of Community Development, Senior Market Manager of Community Engagement, and Manager of Special Events. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Institutional Advancement at Explore & More - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children's Museum.

JoAnna Jacob, MS holds a Master of Science in Communication and Leadership from Canisius College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Canisius College, and a Certificate in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Training Institute (PMTI).
