Lourdes Nicastro Cuzzocrea

Lourdes Nicastro Cuzzocrea started working as an Administrative Secretary at AC Law Firm in 2019 and held the position until 2021. Lourdes then worked as a Community Manager for a year until the end of 2021. Later in 2021, they became a Recepcionista de hotel at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and worked until June 2023. Currently, they are employed as Sales Support with Explore-Share starting from June 2023.

Lourdes Nicastro Cuzzocrea has pursued a range of educational experiences in the fields of User Experience (UX) design and customer experience. In 2022, Lourdes completed a UI Designer program at Folcademy. In 2022-2023, they attended EducacionIT, where they studied Introducción al Diseño UX and also obtained a certification in Marketing en Contenidos y Viralización. Additionally, they completed a course from the Noble Work Foundation, titled The Ultimate Customer Experience Course (3 in 1) in 2023. Lourdes Nicastro Cuzzocrea has also obtained an EF SET English Certificate in 2023, scoring 73 out of 100 (C2 Proficient).
