Zach B. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Zach is currently working as an Investor at Monto since 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at Various Startups in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Explorium, where they held various positions including Team Leader | Director, Strategic Business & Growth, Building: Sales | Accounts | Partnerships, and Jack of all things 0-1 | GTM. Zach backpacked across Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru in 2018. In 2017, they briefly worked as the Head of Growth at Nolte Worldwide. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Personali in various roles including Director, USA and Sales & Account Management, LATAM. Prior to that, they wore multiple hats at Personali from 2012 to 2013.

Zach B. began their education in 2007 at The University of Texas at Austin where they pursued a field of study in Economics. However, it is unclear if they completed a degree during their time there. From 2008 to 2011, they attended Reichman University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Arison School of Business.
