Saketha Uthpala MRICS, MAIQS, AIQSL, MSc (Construction Law) is a seasoned Senior Commercial Manager currently working at Expo City Dubai since May 2023. With extensive experience in quantity surveying and contract management, previous positions include Manager-Contracts for Expo 2020 Dubai, Sr. Quantity Surveyor at ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. LLC, and Quantity Surveyor at Arabtec Construction LLC, among others. Saketha's expertise encompasses commercial evaluations, valuation preparation for variations, tender documentation, and negotiation with clients and subcontractors. Saketha holds a Master's degree in Construction Law and Practice from The University of Salford and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa.
