Paweł Rygacki

Paweł Rygacki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paweł is currently serving as the Head of Center of Excellence for HR Controlling at expondo since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CIECH Group where they held the position of Head of HR Controlling from October 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they were associated with T-Mobile Polska as the Head of HR Controlling from February 2020 to September 2020. Paweł also served as the Chief Specialist in HR Controlling at T-Mobile Polska from November 2019 to January 2020.

Earlier in their career, Paweł worked at Teleperformance Poland as the Head of Reporting and Controlling from August 2017 to July 2019. Prior to that, they gained industry experience at Sitel in various roles such as Business Intelligence Manager at Global Account Management (October 2013 to July 2017), Business Analyst (January 2010 to September 2013), Customer Service Team Manager (November 2008 to December 2009), Customer Service Trainer (September 2006 to October 2008), and Customer Service Specialist (October 2004 to August 2006).

Paweł Rygacki holds a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Germanistyka from Lingwistyczna Szkoła Wyższa w Warszawie. In 2009, they attended Akademia Obrony Narodowej, where they studied Zarządzanie w lotnictwie until 2010. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, they studied at the University of Warsaw in the Katedra Języków Specjalistycznych, specializing in the German language.
