Shaun Frecska

Shaun Frecska has a diverse work experience in sales and business development roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Sales at Exponent Partners, where they focused on building technology for social change in partnership with nonprofits. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Sales Operations at RevLocal, where they achieved significant sales growth and optimized CRM systems. Shaun also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Halcyon Solutions, where they led a team of 20 members and provided strategic planning and consulting services to top-tier IT companies. Additionally, they served as the Senior Director of Business Development & Customer Success at Affiliated Resource Group, generating $4M in new revenue by redesigning sales processes and implementing team mentorship programs. Earlier in their career, Shaun worked as the Vice President of Membership and Sales at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, where they improved member operations and increased member retention. Before that, they founded and served as the President of Gofast LLC.

Shaun Frecska earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 1997. Shaun went on to obtain a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton from 2003 to 2005.
