Starting in 2013, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at Stonyfield, where they managed social media accounts, collaborated with bloggers, and wrote blog posts. In 2014, they interned at Hearst as a Broadcast Intern, operating cameras and assisting with filming. Lauren then took on the role of Editor in Chief for the Sandpaper Creative Nonfiction Journal at the University of New Hampshire, where they organized meetings, marketed the publication, and secured funding. Currently, they are working at Exponent as a Recruiter and has held the roles of Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. In their current position, they are responsible for hiring new talent.
