Paul D. Boehm has over 45 years of work experience in various leadership and scientific roles in the fields of environmental, health, and safety. Paul D. is currently a Principal Scientist at Exponent since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Vice President & Principal Scientist at Exponent from April 2016 to April 2023, and as the Group Vice President & Principal Scientist from April 2004 to April 2016. Paul D. also works as an Associate Editor at Marine Pollution Bulletin (Elsevier) since August 2017 and at Environmental Forensics (Taylor & Francis) since January 2016. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director, Environmental, Health, and Safety at Arthur D. Little from 1989 to 2001. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Leader and Vice President, Oil and Gas at Battelle from 1983 to 1989. Paul D.'searly career started as a Principal at Energy Resources (ERCO) from 1976 to 1983. Throughout their career, Paul D. Boehm has demonstrated expertise in the fields of environmental science and has contributed significantly to scientific research and publishing.

Paul D. Boehm completed their education with a master's and Ph.D. degree in Oceanography from the URI-Graduate School of Oceanography. Paul D. pursued their undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Rochester, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Before that, they attended the Bronx High School of Science from 1962 to 1965. Earlier on, they attended PS 28 Bronx NY from 1953 to 1961, where they completed their primary education with a focus on Stickball.
