Sampada Nale

Sampada Nale's work experience includes a role as a People Operations Associate at Exponentia.ai starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Project Intern at AKT Associates from July 2019 to August 2019. Sampada also had a Human Resources Summer Internship at Black Turtle from April 2019 to June 2019, where they were involved in talent mapping, recruitment, and conducting interviews. Sampada'searliest role was as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2017 to May 2018, where they were responsible for mapping and migrating data for a major banking firm.

Sampada Nale completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business, from the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust's Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, during the period of 2012 to 2016. In August 2018, they also obtained a certification in "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera.
