Asiimwe Herbert

Asiimwe Herbert is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management across various industries. Currently serving as a Finance Management Specialist at Export Trading Group since October 2021, Asiimwe has held key positions such as Financial Controller at STIL Kenya and Steel and Tube Industries Uganda, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for leading companies in transit and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Asiimwe was Finance Manager at Metropol Credit Reference Bureau, providing essential financial services to banks in Uganda, and began a substantial career as an Accountant at MTN Uganda, the country's largest telecom provider. Asiimwe holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Makerere University and is a qualified ACCA member.
