Naresh Bhardwaj

Naresh Bhardwaj is an experienced factory manager with a robust background in supply chain management and production operations across various industries. Currently, Naresh serves as the Factory Manager at Export Trading Group since November 2019, overseeing demand planning and production processes. Prior to this role, Naresh held the position of Factory Manager at Alliance World Contract Manufacturer for UNILEVER India, responsible for comprehensive factory operations and managing a workforce of 400. Naresh's career also includes significant contributions to NIVEA India as a Production Manager, where manufacturing processes were optimized for third-party facilities, and earlier roles at Pidilite Industries, Diversey, and Unilever. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
