Maria Alejandra Porras

Maria Alejandra Porras has over 8 years of professional work experience. Maria Alejandra began their career in 2013 as an Engineer Intern in the Share Services Department at Ecopetrol. In 2014, they held two roles simultaneously, as a Corporate Social Responsibility Research Assistant at George Washington University and a Project Management and Operations Intern at Heartland Consulting. Later that year, they joined EastBanc as a Junior Financial Analyst. In 2017, they took on the role of Financial and Operations Manager at Squash Revolution LLC, where they designed the hiring and onboarding practices for new staff, developed and maintained the staff manual, and reconciled revenue and expenses to update financial statements. In 2019, Maria Alejandra Porras moved to Clark Construction Group, LLC as a Talent Analytics Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Expression Networks LLC as Associate Director of Human Resources and HR Manager.
