Jordan Wight

Jordan Wight has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently, Jordan holds the position of Head of Talent & People Operations at Luminai, where they are responsible for hiring new employees. Previously, Jordan worked at Gusto for six years, with roles such as Senior Internal Communications Business Partner and Internal Mobility Program Lead. They were also part of the Operations & Special Projects team in the Customer Experience department and worked in recruiting.
