Shelia Halley

Shelia Halley has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Shelia began their career at State Farm in 1995 as a Licensed Insurance Assistant for Auto, Fire, and Health. Shelia continued to work in this role until 1999. In 1996, they joined State Farm Insurance Woodward, OK as a Licensed Insurance Staff, where they worked until 2000. Shelia then transitioned to Express Employment Professionals in 2000, where they served as a Business Development Manager.

Shelia Halley obtained their Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from NWOSU, from 1989 to 1993.
