Niel Young

Niel Young has extensive experience in the field of software testing, currently serving as a Senior Test Analyst at ROQ - Making Software Work, with a focus on a global HR system project for Unilever. Prior roles include Test Lead at Hewlett-Packard, where Niel managed onshore and offshore teams, and Test Analyst positions at Express Gifts Ltd and Electronic Data Systems. Niel's career began in the retail sector as a self-employed proprietor of a record store, followed by a role as a Technical Illustrator for the UK Ministry of Defence. Niel holds multiple qualifications, including a Diploma and Certificate in Business Management from The Open University, a foundation in testing from Blackpool College of Technology & Art, and a City & Guilds in Technical Illustration.
