Katherine Grabar

Katherine Grabar is the Founder and President of Covington Consulting Company, where since January 2008, leadership development and change management consulting services have been provided to diverse industries, focusing on tailored solutions that foster organizational empowerment. In addition, Katherine serves as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Expressworks International, contributing to stakeholder assessment and engagement strategies. Previous roles include Leadership Development Consultant at Kinder Morgan and Change Management Consultant at El Paso, as well as a multifaceted position at Dow Chemical Company, where Katherine led Six Sigma projects and change management initiatives. Katherine holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Penn State University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Furman University.
