Rixin Wang

Rixin Wang is currently working as a Senior Consultant at Norima Consulting Inc. starting from March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Cloud Engineer at CGI from September 2020 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer at Samsung Electronics America from February 2020 to September 2020. From September 2017 to January 2020, Rixin served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Rixin also has experience as a Java Developer at CIBC from January 2019 to June 2019 and as a Test Automation Developer at Thales from August 2018 to January 2019. Rixin's earlier work experience includes being a Medical Research Student at St. Michael's Hospital from 2012 to 2016 and a Research Associate at GeneNews Ltd from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they co-founded and was the co-president of The Association of Philosophy Students at the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2011.

Rixin Wang pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, Rixin Wang also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Toronto. Rixin Wang has additionally obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure, including being a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, in July 2022 and March 2022, respectively.
