Abdulelah Sabbag Emba

Abdulelah Sabbag EMBA has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Abdulelah is currently serving as the Executive Director - Strategy & Performance Management for "هيئة كفاءة الإنفاق والمشروعات الحكومية" since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Executive Advisor for the CEO from February to August 2022.

Before joining "هيئة كفاءة الإنفاق والمشروعات الحكومية," Abdulelah Sabbag held various positions at Saudi Electricity Company. From November 2017 to November 2018, they served as the Project Lead, Commissioning. As a Project Manager from August 2016 to October 2017, they successfully managed projects. Earlier, they worked as a Mechanical Lead for the PP10 Combined Cycle Project, overseeing design review, construction, commissioning, handover, and quality. From December 2011 to April 2015, they served as a Project Engineer.

Abdulelah Sabbag also gained experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Armared Vehicle and Heavy Equipment Factory from September 2011 to November 2011.

Abdulelah Sabbag completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from King Saud University between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, which they completed from 2005 to 2011. In 2015, they also completed a Master's Certificate Program in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business. Additionally, Abdulelah Sabbag holds several certifications including being a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, and a Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 from Resource Inspections Canada Incorporated.
