Mohammed Alghafis has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mohammed is currently working as the Strategy Project Management Office Director at the هيئة كفاءة الإنفاق والمشروعات الحكومية, a position they started in August 2022.

Prior to their current role, Mohammed worked at صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية - هدف as a Program Manager from December 2021 to November 2022, and as a Senior Project Manager from February 2021 to December 2021.

Additionally, they completed a cooperative training program at Saudi Electricity Company in June 2015.

Mohammed also holds certifications in various skill areas such as Project Risk Management, Essential Skills to Mastering the Art of Win-Win Negotiation, Key Negotiation Skills, Leadership Essentials, Self Improvement, Smart Work Ethics, Stress Management in the Workplace, Teamwork Skills, Time Management, and Working with Diverse Teams, all obtained from Doroob دروب in January 2019.
