Reem Al-Rehaili has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Reem began their career at Al Safi Danone in 2011, where they worked as an Internal Communication Officer and later as a Learning and Development Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for performance management, training needs analysis, and succession planning.

In 2016, Reem joined PepsiCo as an Organizational Development Manager, where they focused on facilitating organizational change and development.

Currently, Reem Al-Rehaili holds a position at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, where they have held various roles since 2017. Reem started as a Human Resources professional, involved in the establishment of a national program to support project management in public entities. Reem then served as the Human Capital Director, overseeing human capital strategies and initiatives. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Human Capital.

Reem Al-Rehaili's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Prince Sultan University, which was completed from 2007 to 2010. In 2018, Reem attended Columbia Business School for a short duration to focus on High impact leadership. In 2019, Reem pursued a degree in Strategy & Strategic planning from the Oxford College of Leadership & Management. In the following year, Reem obtained a certification as a Certified Employee Performance Management Professional from The KPI Institute. Reem is currently enrolled at INSEAD in 2021, and has plans to pursue further education at IMD in 2022.
