Eric Scott Pascual

Eric Scott Pascual has a diverse work experience, starting as a Football Player in 2008 before transitioning to roles in various companies. Eric Scott worked as an Insurance Consultant at Tryg from 2008 to 2012, as a Claims Handler at Codan Forsikring from 2012 to 2014, and as a Customer Consultant at SpareBank 1 from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Exsitec Norge, where they held different positions, including Trainee, Business Advisor, Head of Sales Visma.net ERP, and finally, Sales Director. Eric Scott also served on the Board as a Deputy Board Member, contributing to strategic growth and competitiveness until 2022. Additionally, they briefly led a project at Åskollen Football School in 2012.

Eric Scott Pascual has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Management from BI Norwegian Business School (2010-2013), followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Business with a Major in Strategy from the same institution (2014-2016). Eric Scott also completed the International Business Program in Marketing and Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2015. Most recently, they obtained an Executive Master of Management degree in Change Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School in 2018-2019.
