Matt Magnuson

Matt Magnuson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matt is currently the Franchise Owner at iCRYO - Recovery & Wellness, starting in February 2021. Matt is also the Owner and DDPYoga Instructor at Go Get It Fitness LLC, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Call Centers at Extended Stay America from May 2020.

Before that, Matt worked as a Fitness/Wellness Blogger at www.injuredbeast.com, documenting their recovery from permanent injuries sustained in a car accident. In 2018, they were the Director of Contact Center Operations at Choice Hotels International, where they achieved significant revenue growth and reduced customer complaint calls.

Earlier in their career, Matt held leadership positions at WoodSpring Hotels and Cox Communications. At WoodSpring Hotels, they served as Vice President and later Director of Contact Center Operations, overseeing the launch of an in-house contact center and achieving impressive revenue growth. At Cox Communications, they were the Director of Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manager of Customer Care Operations, where they improved customer experience and operational efficiency.

Matt started their career as a Call Center Sales Manager and Account Manager at APAC Customer Services, where they managed and trained call center employees and exceeded sales goals for various clients.
