Steven Chudej

Steven Chudej currently serves as the Regional Director of Field Sales at Extended Stay America, overseeing sales activities for 14 properties in the Austin and San Antonio markets since March 2024. Prior experience includes an Area Sales Director role at Pathfinder Hospitality, where efforts focused on embedding a culture of Platinum Service across teams to enhance sales strategies and revenue. Steven contributed to Oracle's National Security Group as an Enterprise Sales Representative, driving sales within the U.S. Government Intelligence Community and previously held various positions at Oracle, enhancing business development and digital marketing strategies. As the Managing Director and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Chudej Properties LLC and RealtyAllDay, Steven applied extensive real estate investment expertise. Earlier career roles include management positions in fine dining and retail. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, along with an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from McLennan Community College.
